New to online auction? This quick guide will help you get started on our online auction platform in just a few simple steps.

1. Register Your Account

  • Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right corner of our website, then “New Register” to start the process, or click here
  • Enter your basic information
  • Make sure you understand and accept our terms and conditions
  • Click “Register” to become a member

2. Verify Your Identity

  • You must verify your identity to be approved for bidding
  • Head to "My Profile", then upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID or passport
  • Ensure all the registration details match the provided ID
  • We will notify you via an email. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours
  • Once your status become "Approved", you are ready to bid!

3. Browse Available Vehicles

  • Visit our home page: www.collinsauction.co.th to see the available lots
  • Thoroughly check the detail of the vehicle you are interested in, we also encourage you to appoint a viewing to inspect the vehicle in person
  • Decide the maximum amount you want to bid on the vehicle. Remember to consider the buyer’s premium

4. Place Your Bid

  • Click the "Bid" button on the vehicle you are buying

  • Input the bid amount. You can place two kinds of bids
  1. A one time bid at the amount you like
  2. Set a “Max Bid” and our system will automatically place bids for you up to the set amount
  • Carefully review your bid before confirming. All bids are final and binding, no cancellations!

Two Ways to Bid

Manual Bidding:

  • Enter your bid amount manually each time
  • Stay active during the auction to monitor competing bids
  • Great for maintaining precise control over your bidding

Auto Bidding:

  • Set your maximum bid amount up front
  • Our system will automatically increase raise your bid as needed to stay on top
  • Your bid will never exceed your preset maximum
  • Allows you to participate without constantly monitoring

Auction Policies

  • Bids are final and binding - no cancellations allowed once placed
  • Vehicle inspection is strongly encouraged before bidding
  • Complete payment is required within 3-7 days of winning
  • All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranties unless explicitly states

Auction Keywords

Reserve Price: Minimum price the seller will accept; if bids don't reach this amount, the vehicle won't sell

No Reserve: Auction with no minimum price; highest bidder wins regardless of price

Increment: The minimum amount by which a bid must be raised

Hammer Price: The final winning bid amount

Buyer's Premium: Additional fee charged to the buyer (typically a percentage of the winning bid)
